About the Role:

As Design Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the design delivery of complex, mission-critical data centre projects from concept through commissioning. Working within the Design, Engineering & Construction function, you will coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, ensure compliance with global and regional design standards, and act as the single point of authority for all design decisions. This role suits a technically strong professional who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality, buildable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage external design consultants and commissioning teams
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design delivery across CSA and MEPH disciplines
