Design Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Category, the Assistant Design Manager will support the development and delivery of New Product Development (NPD) projects within the global EC, L&AB category. The role requires strong collaboration across global teams and the ability to influence stakeholders to keep projects on track, coordinating activities across Research Design and Development, Operations, and Commercial to meet demanding timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key project contributor, bringing energy and commitment to support project success.
• Assist in preparing and presenting project updates and direction to senior stakeholders.
• Support the definition and tracking of project deliverables for each build phase.
• Ensure adherence to Dyson’s standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
