Pay Rate £450-a-day to £450-a-day
Contract length 6mths -24mths depending on performance with potential to extend
The Role
After a series of project wins an exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s largest main contractors. They are looking to recruit a Design Manager to join their fit out and refurbishment division. A highly successful company working on some of the UK’s most prestigious construction projects with an annual turnover more than £2bn and over 2000 employees nationwide.
They cover a range of sectors including Retail, Education, Commercial, blue lights, custodial, Data centres and Distribution.
The initial projects you would be working on are large MOJ/custodial refurbishments with the values between £5-£15m.
