Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electrical design professional to join Rejlers as a design manager for our construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Resource management, project progress, and financial follow-up of electrical design projects.
• Ensure high‑quality, timely design that supports client goals.
• Work closely with clients and project teams to develop solutions and contribute to safe, reliable, and user‑oriented properties.
• Participate in sales and tender phases and support the development of Rejlers’ electrical design operations.

Qualifications

• Suitable engineering degree.
• Extensive experience in real‑estate electrical design.
• At least five years as a project or design manager.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
