The purpose of the Design Manager is to coordinate with the Comer Group design team for the project build, ensuring all design consultancy teams, on-site trades, and specialist subcontractor designers are fully aligned, while guiding the evolving design toward the optimum solution in terms of client brief, quality, robustness, and cost.
