A multi award winning, national building contractor with an impressive history of success is seeking an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in both site construction delivery and pre-construction / tendering. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the design process from bid through to delivery, ensuring outcomes that are buildable, cost effective, and aligned with client expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will work alongside a well-established team of Design Managers, partnering closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to drive design excellence across projects.
