Design Lead/Team Lead

Role Overview We're seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the technical execution of solar PV projects across the full project lifecycle — from capacity sizing and development engineering through detailed design and technology selection. This role is a key technical contributor delivering high-quality engineering on utility-scale hybrid (solar-plus-storage) projects. Key Responsibilities Perform PV system sizing and energy yield analysis, including DC/AC ratio optimization, loss modeling, and production estimates Lead development-stage engineering, supporting feasibility, site layout, single-line diagrams, and preliminary design for project development teams Execute detailed engineering deliverables, including electrical design, string/inverter sizing, equipment specifications, protection schemes, and balance-of-plant integration Drive technology selection and evaluation of modules, inverters, trackers, and combiner/MV equipment, including technical due diligence on vendors and OEMs...
