- Design and develop valve products using SolidWorks
- Lead and manage the design team, including task assignment and daily guidance
- Respond to technical inquiries from factories and affiliated companies
- Manage development schedules, task progress, and team priorities
- Handle and maintain certification-related documentation (e.g., ISO 14001)
- Support overall departmental operations and coordination
- Manage commissioned development projects in collaboration with Japan HQ
- Prepare necessary documents and materials for development projects
- Handle design changes and actively promote cost reduction initiatives
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
- At least 5-year experience as a mechanical/product design engineer in any field
- Proficiency in using CAD or SolidWorks
