Design Lead – ABC Made

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Made, the Design Lead drives the visual standard across ABC Made. You will provide strong art direction and creative leadership, ensuring every brief results in distinctive, strategically aligned design executed with craft, care and precision.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on key art, graphic design and broader visual assets, setting expectations, managing workflow and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will shape visual thinking, elevate design quality and embed best-practice processes, including inclusive design principles.

You will ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery.
