We are looking for a talented Design Process Group Lead to join our dedicated team at our office in Cary, North Carolina.

In this role, you will provide leadership of the technical discipline and direct the day-to-day operational activities of the department. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the target gross margin profits of the department. Additionally, you will manage staffing activities, including recruiting, retention, and development of department staff, and actively manage department revenue growth and labor efficiency.
