Our client is currently looking for an experienced Design Engineering Manager to lead there drafting and detailing team, drive quality and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects.
Salary:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Drawing Office team, ensuring high-quality and error-free drawings.
- Coordinate resources, workloads, and timescales to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Act as the central contact for Project Managers, supporting design changes and early planning.
- Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure smooth and timely drawing handovers.
- Run Kick-Off Meetings, Technical Reviews, and weekly DO meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with company standards and UKCA/legislative requirements.
