Design Engineering Manager

• Documentation and Reporting:
  

Maintain detailed records of department activities. Prepare and submit regular reports on performance and productivity. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Coordination:
  

Work closely with other departments, to ensure seamless operations. Address and resolve any inter-departmental issues that impact department efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

1. Train team mates about Decohub, Parametric software.

2. Update weekly and Monthly submittals as per design.

3. Ensure all technical validation is done as per the company's policy and SOP.

4. Follow the SOP for the Design and Conversion.

5. Maintain data for repeated mistakes and take corrective action.

6. Before proceeding for the drawings the following points to be considered.
