Description Key Accountabilities: • Create solid models, drawings in SolidWorks and ECN'S. Support the development of product validation packages. • Under the guidance of engineers, support the design & development of mechanical seals, bearings, tooling, and other Rexnord Aerospace products with a basic understanding of design tools and methods and analysis methods. • Should be good at load calculations in mechanical systems. • The candidate should be resourceful in the absence of missing data and seek/look for ways to get them. Should have experience in arriving at design data through hand calculations. • Create and maintain product definition packages, solid models, drawings and ECN'S. • Participate in Lean initiatives. • Creates and maintains BOM's and product databases & records. • Assists in solving basic problems with an aptitude for problem-solving skills.
