Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Design Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Palmdale, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $30 - $110
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**
Responsibilities
:
Responsible for hardware integration and final assembly, including liaison actions.
Reviews engineering models and technical drawings for producibility.
Identifies design errors, omissions, and other deficiencies, and recommends revisions and/or improvements in design layout to responsible engineers or designers.
Works within a model-based engineering environment (3DX).
Leverages understanding of flight hardware and assembly processes to define operations procedures and build sequences.
Provides input regarding design concepts and specification requirements
to best utilize equipment and assembly/service techniques
