Design Engineer

Summary/Objectives

: Design and development of new products and improvements to existing products or product lines. Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization. Apply knowledge of Engineering principals to design and approve component and assembly designs for products used in the traffic and utility industries.

The Design Engineer will participate in the product design process from the generation of concept design solutions through the product introduction. Design Engineer II will also be responsible for conducting analysis on new and existing designs in order to ensure the product meets defined performance criteria.
