Job Overview

This position will work in the Powerohm division of Hubbell, producing power resistors and related resistor systems. The Order Engineer will work in a team responsible for taking high level design detail and developing detailed production drawings and bills of material. In addition, the Order Engineer will work closely with the Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Sales personnel to ensure production orders are produced correctly and on time. 
 

A Day In The Life

  • Convert high level design detail to detailed production drawings and bills of materials for manufacturing utilization

  • Create production drawings in AutoCAD® and AutoCAD® Inventor

  • Create Bills of Material & Routings for products within SAP

  • Interface directly with manufacturing team to resolve production issues
