We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in Solid Works and Sheet Metal design. The role involves designing automotive and trailer components, supporting manufacturing, and coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams. The candidate must hold a valid B1/B2 visa and be open to international travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sheet metal parts, weldments, and assemblies using Solid Works
- Create 2 D manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances
- Apply GD&T (ASME/ISO standards) to ensure manufacturability and quality
- Develop BOMs, fabrication drawings, and technical documents
- Support prototype development, testing, and design validation
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams for feasibility and improvements
