Designation:  Design Engineer


Education: MCA/B.Tech /MTech- Mechanical Engineering


Experience: 5-7 yrs


Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Design Sheetmetal parts and weldment assembly independently. Custom design of refrigerated rack system involving rack structure, component assembly, piping, control panel.
  • Sheetmetal and detailed drawings based on sales orders for refrigeration systems

  • Solidworks. Generate Submittal and Manufacturing drawings of refrigeration system products as per ANSI, ASTM standards

  • Follow the Product Engineering process. Re-design old products to improve manufacturing and decrease cost. Develop and maintain design FMEA and process FMEA to reduce product launch issues.
