  • 3d routing & packaging 
  • Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing
  • Extensive design experience of Electri cal routings & packaging
  • Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design)
  • Clash analysis, DMU
  • Expertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.
  • Knowle dge of DFMEAoKnowledge of Info fitment drawing preparation.
  • Selection of proper retention items (. retention clips, cable tie s, while 3D model routing.
  • Selection of harness coverings (. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, based on 3D model rou ting and packaging and surrounding geometry.
  • Release in PLM
  • ECN management.
