Position Summary

We are looking for a residential building Designer in Perth, WA who will be responsible for preparing detailed residential design drawings, plans, and technical documentation used for engineering and construction projects. They will work closely with the team and other stakeholders to develop accurate drawings that comply with the Australian standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce concept drawings in ArchiCAD in 2D and 3D.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations
• Convert conceptual sketches or engineer instructions into fully developed technical drawings
• Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes, client feedback, and engineering reviews
