Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities:

Overall Visual Direction:Lead the overall visual style, UI/UX design standards, and brand identity for the website and mobile platform

Team Leadership:Manage and mentor UI, UX, and visual design teams, ensuring design quality, resource allocation, and team capability development

Product Experience Optimization:Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and continuous user experience improvement
