Role Summary:

The Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all design-related activities across architectural, structural, MEP, and allied disciplines. The role ensures timely delivery of drawings, resolution of design conflicts, compliance with project requirements, and seamless coordination between consultants, execution teams, and management for successful project execution.


Key Responsibilities

A. Design Coordination

·        Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants

·        Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of drawings

·        Monitor issuance of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings as per project schedule
