Responsibilities

• Lead design within the organization, managing the design function in collaboration with business, technology and partner stakeholders.
• Own the design roadmap, prioritize projects and secure cost‑effective resourcing.
• Define and evolve design operating models, culture and collaboration practices.
• Build and maintain design portfolio that delivers transparent, timely and impactful results.
• Develop design capabilities and processes in partnership with Head of Design, Design Ops and other Design Business Partners.
