**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Architect/Designer will collaborate with the Design and Development department at Bass Pro Shops to create innovative store designs, resorts, and various specialty projects. The role emphasizes enhancing the customer experience through authentic detailing, craftsmanship, and immersive environments that reflect the heritage and values of Bass Pro Shops.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Develop conceptual drawings and sketches to communicate design ideas effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
+ Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings that clearly convey design intent for production and execution.
+ Revise and refine drawings based on feedback from ownership and project leadership.
