Job Summary

The Design Architect – Parking is responsible for the planning, design, and development of parking facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, and company standards. The role involves close coordination with engineering, operations, and project management teams to deliver cost-effective and user-oriented parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and space planning for parking structures, surface parking, and related facilities.
• Develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents for parking projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, fire safety standards, accessibility laws (PWD compliance), and parking regulations.
