Role Overview
The Design Architect will take an active role in the conceptualization, planning, and technical development of residential high-rise buildings. The position requires strong knowledge of vertical living design principles, space efficiency, façade articulation, and compliance with local building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts for residential high-rise developments
- Prepare schematic design, design development, and detailed construction drawings
- Perform unit layout planning and space optimization
- Coordinate with structural, MEPF, and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and zoning regulations
- Assist in permit documentation and regulatory submissions
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation
- Maintain design standards aligned with company benchmarks
