Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Preferably a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in architectural design planning, working collaboratively with both architectural and engineering design teams.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Team Leader.
  • Proven experience as a Principal Architect in the architectural and engineering design/planning of at least two (2) completed construction projects of similar or larger scope and nature within the last ten (10) years.
  • Ability to develop innovative and functional design solutions while addressing aesthetic, technical, and practical requirements.

Licenses and Membership

  • PRC- Licensed Architect
  • Member of UAP/IAPOA – United Architects of the Philippines / Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects
