2-5 years experience in large scale residential projects & private villas

Technical knowledge of building design and construction

Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments

Experience of site visits

Preparing detailed working drawings

Co-ordinating with consultants and clients

Able to provide inputs and give decisions on Structural & MEP design

Skilled in AutoCAD

Knowledge of working with REVIT & Sketchup

Written & verbal communication skills

Team player - to be able to delegate work or be able to work under a senior

Able to visit sites in and out of Mumbai

Job based at Lower Parel, Mumbai
