Desenvolvedor(a) Especialista no time de ServiceNow. Na sua rotina, você irá: Implementar e configurar módulos de ITOM: Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management. Integrar ServiceNow com ferramentas de monitoramento (ex: Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk). Desenvolver e manter scripts, workflows e automações utilizando Flow Designer e Script Includes.
