**Developer Python/Java (Django, Selenium, GCP)**
**Experience Required in**:
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience with Django.
- Proficiency in SQL database migration and optimization using Django ORM, and experience with Java-based database management.
- Strong experience with Selenium, including building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Front-End & API Skills:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with building and integrating RESTful APIs.
Database Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar systems.
DevOps & CI/CD:
- Experience with Git, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
