Derivatives Operations - Funds

Our client has an opening within Derivatives Operations to join their Fund Administration team. This role is pivotal in overseeing critical functions in the post-trade derivatives lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations and supporting strategic initiatives across listed and OTC derivatives. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end post-trade derivatives processing, including trade capture, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and settlements. Supervise collateral management and variation margining processes in line with ISDA/CSA terms. Lead and mentor operational teams across multiple locations, ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met. Engage with clients, brokers, and counterparties to manage onboarding, fund launches, and resolve escalated operational issues.
