Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations & Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end technical operations, including infrastructure management, system administration, and managed services.
• Ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Monitor operational metrics, proactively resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals across system administration, virtualization, storage, backup, and infrastructure.
