Position: Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

Level of Engagement: Full-time
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Management, Administration, Social Work, Rural Development, or a related discipline from any government-recognized university/institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Public Sector, preferably in the Social Sector.
- At least 5 years of mandatory experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in projects funded by the government or UN agencies is preferable.
- Profound knowledge and prior work experience in initiatives related to women's economic empowerment in West Bengal is desired.
- Prior experience in working on at least 5 World Bank-funded projects will be a plus.
