Our client is a leading diversified company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Develop and review the overall and detailed plans for each project phase.
  • Coordinate, assign, and supervise work among departments and contractors.
  • Complete procedures and adjustments (if necessary) for legal requirements (investment, construction, environment, energy, etc.).
  • Work with state regulatory agencies to ensure full compliance with all requirements.
  • Search for, propose, and build a network of suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Conduct assessments of technical capability, financial status, and reputation of suppliers and contractors.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations and manage relationships with partners.
  • Monitor and supervise construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
