The Mid-Range Capability Program is seeking a Deputy Program Manager who is a self-driven, disciplined leader. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have the ability to facilitate and drive to closure complex technical/non-technical issues with practical solutions. The candidate must show willingness to dive deep to uncover insights into those issues and their associated solutions. A strong candidate is customer-focused and displays a bias for action in everything they do. The ability to effectively communicate with senior management and other functional departments within the organization is key to success.
