Management of back-end related support departments, such as HR and admin, F&A, legal and compliance, supply chain and production Departments. Ensuring compliance and adoption of working policies, processes and management guidelines 2.Creating and Driving Productivity-Driven Culture Responsible for efficiency gains across the organization Responsible for driving corporate culture, according to corporate mission and vision 3.Risk Management To be in charge of overall risk management for the entire organization. Working processes Analyse and audit working processes in every department, using legal and compliance department as the vehicle.
