Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensure buying activities (scheduling, follow up, liaising with Transporter) of all bought out items and IUTN parts. Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms. Key responsibility is to ensure timely availability of material as per plan.Maintain supplier relations.Negotiate and Optimise supplier SLA.Ensure FFR and Other Service levels are achieved.Ensure procurement as per Customer priority (VOR/BDT/Back Order) and monitor and improve its effectiveness.Analyzing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.Periodic reviews of Parts Bulletins released in the system and arrange serviceable parts as per stocking norms.Ensure % Supplier Schedule Adherence/OTIF.Coordinate with SSU and component development (vendor development) department for resolution of Vendor capacity and capability issues.Coordinate with Customer Care and Product Support Team to work on Non serviceable parts/Alterna...
