Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Supplier Development & Technical Readiness Lead supplier technical assessments for electrical/electronic parts during sourcing and nomination phases. Support technical sign-off of supplier manufacturing processes, test capabilities, and product validation per design and architecture requirements. Ensure supplier design and development processes align with ASPICE and ISO (where applicable). Validate supplier software and hardware integration into overall system architecture in collaboration with system and design engineers. Participate in design reviews, D-FMEA, and S-FMEA reviews with suppliers. Project & Launch Support Drive supplier readiness for new program launches, including PPAP, APQP milestones, and Conduct process audits (VDA 6.3, IATF ), capability studies, and ensure compliance with automotive-specific standards (IPC, AEC-Q/Q, etc.).
