Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Knowledge of vehicle aggregates in Auto, Tractor, Trucks & Two wheeler
Study & Analysis of SOR/ Drawings for sheet metal components.
Business Case and Should be Cost Estimation of Sheet Metal parts/ Assemblies from SOR/drawing.
Knowledge of Sheet metal material grades, welding & surface treatment processes.
Knowledge of Cost Estimation of Hydrofoming,Hotforming processes.
Vehicle level systems Overall knowledge.
Cost Reduction & Cost Improvements in sheet metal components.
Knowledge of Most techniques,Component Cost Benchmarking, VAVE, Target Costing / Business perspective.
Working knowledge & experience of monitoring projects
Coordination with various agencies (i.e.PD/PP/ CME/CDMM/Sourcing)
Standiazation of child parts.
Working on Microsoft office. (MS Excel, word, Power point presentation etc)
Knowledge of design tools like 3D, Catia, UGNx and Nesting Tool For...
