Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Experience in Quality assurance function in engine assembly & Testing. Experience in handling customer complaints of Industrial application engines and Gensets. Responsible for reducing Repairs Per Hundred (RPH) Coordinating with Customer care team for effective and immediate customer Complaint resolution. Field visits for onsite analysis & understanding applications / Usage Providing field fix Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product Ensuring sustenance of actions taken Improving response time Co-ordination with other functions such as Customer care, CDMM, PDRDS, Manufacturing, SQI & account for faster implementation of solution Participate in DFMEA, PMEA Ensure shop floor quality by Sustenance auditing, monitoring, Improving the compliance to standard.
