PURPOSE To lead the creation and delivery of innovative Learning & Development strategies that build organizational capability, foster a culture of continuous learning, and equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to achieve business excellence and brand objectives

External: Hospitality Institutes, Vendors/Training Services, Govt Regulatory bodies
Internal: Internal Team – Functional Heads, Managers, Supervisors, Staff, Interns, Contractual Staff

Design and implement Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and address areas for improvement.
