Lead the process mapping of the Group’s processes and controlsCritically review process maps, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring consistency standardisation between processes.Project manager for the Group’s process mapping activitiesEnsure that the process maps accurately reflect the reality of the controlsDrive process and controls improvements by identifying efficiencies and duplicated effortAdminister the process mapping system, Blue Works (BW), Visio, and acts as an advocate for it.Work with the team to align Minimum Control Standards (MCS) and BWLiaise with the Process Owners to update BW or Visio to ensure kept up to date when process changes are madePrepare / align Risk & Controls Matrices with process mapsShare subject matter knowledge with wider team and help inform and shape prioritiesAny other matters / reporting as required by management
