Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

    Achieve annual sales and margin targets assigned by management.Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and end users.Develop project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
  • Consultant & Specification Management

    Promote Carrier solutions to consulting engineers and project stakeholders.Drive specification inclusion for chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.Conduct technical presentations and product briefings.Support consultants in equipment selection and technical evaluations.
