Salary: £55,746 - £67,897 (L4-L12). Permanent role starting September 2026.

They are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher who can shape the future of a new school through strong leadership, clear strategy, and high expectations of what the children you support can achieve. Can you support growth across the school working alongside the Headteacher to continue to drive standards, culture, and long‑term success for this amazing setting?

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire whilst ensuring everything you and your team do will benefit the children you support.
  • Bring strong leadership skills with a clear understanding of teaching and learning.
  • Communicate well with staff, governors, parents, and importantly children.
