Deputy General Manager

• Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Managing and supervising various department heads and ensuring effective communication and coordination among them.
• Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Identifying and addressing issues and risks that may affect organizational performance and reputation.
