Qualification & Experience

  • MS/BE in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university in a the field of Civil Engineering, with 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operation and management of facilities at H-12, Islamabad to include electricity, water supply, sui gas, etc.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/ ERP modules to streamline store procurement, inventory, and monitoring/ tracking.
  • Implement complaint management and redressal process for timely resolution/ action on customer complaints on complaint management dashboard.
