As a Deputy Delivery Lead - HR Management, you will play a crucial role in translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations. The resource must have experience in the implementation of complex SAP S4/HANA Human Resource Management domain within a Commonwealth environment.

You must have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Australian Defence Human Resource Management domain, including the Defence ERP Program's drivers and requirements.
