The company, a Belgian communication agency, is looking for its passionate and dynamic Deputy Creative Director to join their team.

If you're a creative person who is not only full of ideas for activation but is also able to implement them from A to Z, in collaboration with people from different disciplines, this job is for you!

YOUR MISSION:

  • Lead the creative team, together with the Art Director
  • Work closely with other departments of the agency
  • Be responsible for developing and executing coherent creative strategies for offline and online campaigns
  • work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as being able to manage a creative team
  • understand and interpret creative briefs, present clear concepts and guide team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully (timing, budget,...)
