What you'll do
You'll conduct due diligence on third parties (AIFMs, custodians, administrators, advisors, auditors, credit institutions), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.You'll manage client relationships and coordinate with internal and external service providers, delivering high-quality, responsive services while building strong long-term partnerships.You'll oversee client onboarding processes, including new client acceptance, AML/KYC screening, collection and review of KYC documents, and periodic file updates.You'll monitor compliance and risk management activities, such as collecting and reporting KPIs, maintaining the risk matrix, escalating issues promptly, and supporting annual regulatory reporting.You'll review incorporation documents and provide regular feedback to the Compliance Manager, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with regulatory requirements, and cont...
