Key Responsibilities
Delivery Governance and Process Improvement
- Establish and enforce delivery governance to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across engagements
- Apply ITIL-based practices across the full service lifecycle from service design to transition and operations
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve delivery quality
- Influence delivery teams to adopt and adhere to the Delivery Excellence and quality frameworks
- Perform complex contract reviews and identify delivery or compliance gaps
Risk Management and Compliance
- Facilitate adherence to enterprise Risk Management frameworks
- Identify and govern delivery, operational, and security risks including patching and vulnerability management
