Key Responsibilities

Delivery Governance and Process Improvement

  • Establish and enforce delivery governance to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across engagements
  • Apply ITIL-based practices across the full service lifecycle from service design to transition and operations
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve delivery quality
  • Influence delivery teams to adopt and adhere to the Delivery Excellence and quality frameworks
  • Perform complex contract reviews and identify delivery or compliance gaps

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Facilitate adherence to enterprise Risk Management frameworks
  • Identify and govern delivery, operational, and security risks including patching and vulnerability management
